We closed on our new house on Wednesday and it’s been a whirlwind since! Oh my good stars, am I tired. But, I love my house. There is so much space. My table fits and I have a closet and… oh, I can’t even begin to describe how happy I am to have a closet again. I have hangers and shoe space and shelves. My room doesn’t look like a clothing store blew up in it.

Okay, I need to cook dinner. We’ve had to eat out for a few days because we didn’t have a fridge. My budget nor my waistline can handle all that. So it’s time for homemade again. We’re having homemade guacamole and chips with whatever we can scrounge to cook on the grill.
