An update! Do not be fooled by this cute face for what lurks beneath it is a monster...just ask the other cats. Without warning, he will make his attack from behind, using his paws to hold onto the neck of his unsuspecting victim and nibble furiously on their heads. In case you're wondering, we lost one of our kitties about three weeks ago, and we adopted this little nugget from the local city shelter. He was surrendered because of behavior, but so far we have no idea what that behavior could be. Rory is sweet, rambunctious, and a little terror. We absolutely adore his little self. I'll try to post more updates on my Facebook page. When I write, I get a little caught up in it. As it stands, I've been working on a new series, okay, two new series. One will be a fake relationship series and the other is an Army Rangers (I think--It'll be military related definitely.) I've also got a novella series I'm in the planning stages before it's a fully baked idea.

I'd like to introduce you to the newest member of the clan, Rory. My oldest daughter loves Doctor Who, and Rory fit this little guy. Now, I know some are thinking it was too soon, but the city I live in doesn't have a "no kill" shelter, and worse, surrenders are the firs to be euthanized. This little guy was surrendered for behavior. We've tried to figure out just what that behavior was, but for the life of us, we have no idea. He is a sweet little kitten, and when he meows, it's like a little baby lion cub. His paws are huge and we suspect he'll be big boy when he grows up. Oh, and yes, we will be having him fixed as soon as he's old enough. :) As for the rest of our kitties, old man Opus loves him, but he loves all things baby, two-legged or four-legged. Skittles is well, less inviting, but he's a persnickety dude. Scott, the baby at almost two years old, is the slowest to get on board. Overall, they're adjusting nicely and I think Mr. Rory will be a welcomed addition here soon. |
